With more than 160 employees across several development hubs in France (headquarters), India, USA, Mexico and Portugal, Interlog Solutions is looking for an IT Infrastructure Technician to join the team as soon as possible.
We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/2 user support and manage support tickets through GLPI.
- Prepare, install, replace, and configure workstations.
- Carry out day-to-day administration of Windows 11 and Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, permissions, and workstations.
- Provide support for Google Workspace and end-user applications.
- Perform first-level network diagnostics involving LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Provide first-level support for network equipment and WatchGuard firewalls.
- Manage hardware, inventory, and the company’s IT equipment fleet.
- Apply Interlog Solutions’ defined patching, hardening, and security procedures.
- Carry out operational checks on backups, monitoring systems, and local equipment.
- Assist with incidents and escalate issues to the Infrastructure team when necessary.
- Document interventions and keep technical procedures up to date.
Required Technical Skills
- Windows 11 / Microsoft environments.
- Active Directory.
- TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN.
- Basic knowledge of firewalls and network security.
- Hardware support, including computers, monitors, printers, and network equipment.
- Knowledge of GLPI, Google Workspace, WatchGuard, Centreon, VMware/Proxmox, or Veeam will be considered an advantage.
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a junior to mid-level IT Technician, ideally with 1 to 3 years of experience, who enjoys hands-on, operational work.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is autonomous, responsive, and pragmatic, and who can quickly take ownership of day-to-day IT operations without requiring constant supervision.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
