As part of a contract, the buyer transfers to the supplier the management and responsibility for the replenishment of products in its warehouses.

 

Supply acquires a full understanding of demand through the use of warehouse outflows to determine future consumption and gross requirement calculations from this estimate which represents the amount consumed.
