As part of strengthening our Information Systems department, we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our project teams and actively contribute to the success of our implementations.
Main mission:
As part of IT project teams, Business Analyst plays a key role as an interface between business teams and technical teams. You will be responsible for participating in the analysis, modeling, and documentation of functional requirements, contributing to the design and implementation of effective solutions aligned with client objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis and gathering of requirements;
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
• Strong listening skills, pedagogical ability, and ease in explaining technical topics in an accessible way;
• Precision, organization, and autonomy in task management;
• Team spirit and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders;
• Collect and analyze functional requirements from users and business stakeholders;
• Coordinate workshops for scope definition and requirements gathering;
Qualifications:
• Degree in Information Systems, Management Informatics, or Computer Engineering;
• Proficiency in modeling tools: flow diagrams, SQL;
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Familiarity with collaborative tools: Jira, Wrike, GLPI, Office suite;
• Understanding of Information Systems architectures, databases, and application interfaces;
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
