Interlog Group, a specialist in transportation logistics, partnered with Ecotone—and its flagship brand Bjorg—to transform its supply chain by implementing shared procurement management and a 4PL control tower. The result: optimized flows, improved operational visibility, and a 20% reduction in CO₂ emissions.
Founded in 1999, Interlog Group specializes in transportation planning and management. The group operates at the heart of the supply chain through its three entities: Interlog Services, Interlog Logistic, and Interlog Solutions. With a presence in North and South America, Europe, and Asia, the company employs more than 260 people.
For eight months, Interlog Group collaborated with Bjorg to deploy a comprehensive system designed to manage the transportation budget and optimize supply chain processes. This approach was based on shared procurement management, as well as the implementation of an outsourced transportation control tower. The project began in 2024 with an analysis of Bjorg’s procurement organization for a portion of its supermarket clients. This study identified areas for improvement in terms of efficiency and reliability, leading the company to entrust day-to-day management to Interlog.
In 2025, a new milestone was reached with the deployment of a 4PL control tower covering all downstream flows, from the distribution center to customer platforms, for volumes ranging from 1 to 33 pallets across the entire French territory. This system manages the transportation plan, provides real-time operational monitoring, and audits carrier invoices.
To support this level of integration, Interlog has integrated its Click&Track TMS, its OCSvmi procurement tool, and its Atrium invoice management platform with Bjorg’s information system. This integration facilitates the smooth flow of data, accelerates decision-making, and improves the ability to anticipate unforeseen events.
