Your mission
Design and deploy the customer relationship strategy
Manage and develop the Customer Service team
Monitor and manage KPIs (SLA, TMR, CSAT, backlog)
Drive continuous improvement and represent the company to strategic clients
Your profile
Proven experience in customer relationship management and/or support
Mastery of CRM, ticketing tools and key indicators
Leadership, communication and customer service skills
French + professional English (B2 min.), other language = advantage
