As part of our international development, we are looking for a Bilingual English/French Communications Officer to join our team and work with our Communications Manager based in Portugal.

Your mission:

Under the supervision of our Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:

– Participating in the development and implementation of the global communications strategy

– Creating, adapting, and managing multilingual communications content (website, social media, newsletters, etc.)

– Coordinating communication activities with local teams and international subsidiaries

– Developing and promoting the brand’s presence on social media and digital channels

– Helping to organize events (trade shows, conferences, webinars, etc.)

– Monitor and analyze the performance of communication activities and suggest areas for improvement

– Collaborate with teams in different countries (Portugal, India, Mexico, USA, France) to ensure consistency in messages and materials

Required profile:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication or equivalent

– At least one year of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment

– Fluency in French and English is essential – any other language is a plus

– Excellent writing and creative skills to produce engaging content

– Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media, and collaborative platforms

– Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) is an asset

– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with organization and autonomy

– Team spirit, rigor, and ease in a multicultural environment
