Main mission:
As part of IT project teams,  Business Analyst plays a key role as an interface between business teams and technical teams. You will be responsible for participating in the analysis, modeling, and documentation of functional requirements, contributing to the design and implementation of effective solutions aligned with client objectives.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) GPA/M pour assurer la bonne exécution des flux d’approvisionnement partagés entre nos fournisseurs et nos clients, sous la responsabilité du Responsable GPA/M.

🚀 Vos missions

Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la disponibilité des produits et la qualité de service en pilotant les flux en mode GPA/M.

Vos principales responsabilités :

• Assurer le suivi opérationnel des approvisionnements en mode GPA/M pour un portefeuille fournisseurs/clients.
• Surveiller au quotidien les niveaux de stocks, les commandes et les prévisions de consommation.
• Analyser les écarts entre prévisions et consommations réelles.
• Gérer les alertes et assurer une communication proactive avec les fournisseurs et les équipes Approvisionnement.
• Saisir et mettre à jour les données dans l’outil GPA (OCS VMI).
• Participer aux réunions de suivi avec les clients et fournisseurs.
• Contribuer au reporting des indicateurs de performance (taux de service, taux de rupture, fiabilité des prévisions…).
• Proposer des actions correctives en cas de dérive (retards, surstocks, ruptures).

Compétences techniques

• Connaissances en Supply Chain, gestion des stocks et approvisionnements.
• Très bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques : Excel avancé, PowerPoint, outils BI.
• Première expérience (stage/alternance) en logistique, GPA, approvisionnement ou environnement 4PL appréciée.Connaissance d’un ERP ou d’outils GPA.

En tant que Coordinateur Transport au sein d’Interlog Logistic, vous dirigerez la planification, la coordination et l’exécution des opérations de transport. Responsabilités :

• Planifier, coordonner et superviser les opérations de transport en veillant à ce que les délais et les exigences soient respectés.

• Suivre et mettre à jour les informations relatives aux expéditions dans le système de gestion.
